Driving to Puerto

 

Hi Folks,

 

     I am leaving Managua tomorrow morning, Tuesday the 9th of September, and driving to Puerto Cabezas.  I am taking a new friend along with me, his name is Ernesto.  Ernesto was introduced to me two days ago by Brother Rolando Almazan of community bank in Cleveland, GA. 

 

     Brother Ernesto is enamored with the idea of becoming a missionary pilot, and so I have invited him to come out to Puerto Cabezas for a day or two to see how he likes the "frontier areas".  This works out very well for me, because I was slightly, ever so slightly, worried about traveling alone. 

 

     The trailer is NOT coming with us on THIS trip.  It will remain safely ensconced in the driveway of the Iglesia de Dios en Nicaragua oficina national, for now.  I will return to Managua in a week or so, to finalize the paperwork for the upcoming medical team from the ChristWalk Church of God in Florida.

 

     I covet your prayers, as always, for my journey, and for the visiting team.
