All is currently well in Puerto Cabezas

 

Hi Folks,

 

     I want to thank everyone for the prayers we have received!  We have been very blessed to feel the warmth of these prayers.

 

     The situation here has been "status quo" for the last week or so.  There have been a few manifestations and blockades, but NO violence.  I am very grateful for that, of course.

 

     The ministry here has been continuing in the abscense of malfeaseance.  I am still teaching English classes on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays.  We are still assisting with the reading/writing classes for the people that live and work at the dump on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.  We are still showing the "Jesus Movie" at every opportunity (it is in the Miskito language, and is VERY WELL received).

 

     I am still preaching and teaching and attending baptisms, and other church services.  In short, life continues here on the beleagured Atlantic Coast of Nicaragua, and more importantly MINISTRY continues here in La Miskitia, Nicaragua.
