update on our activities this week in the States

     Just a quick note to keep you up to date on what we are doing this week.  See our "tentative" schedule below.  If anyone needs/wants to get in touch with us, give us a call.  Our schedule is pretty tight but we can always "make time" for YOU!

Schedule for next week (November 5-11^th)

 

Monday November 5^th:         (Spring Hill, Tallahassee and Cleveland)

 

            8:00am            Pick up Sister Carol and go to Doctor's office for notary service

               10:00am          Go to Tallahassee and get all Spanish Translations and doctor's statement Apostille and signed off by Sec. of State of Florida.

1:00pm            Drive to Cleveland for overnight, (arrive 9:00pm or so, maybe EARLIER) BANK, BUSINESS CARDS, DINNER WITH FRIENDS?

 

Tuesday November 6th:       (Cleveland, Nashville, Richmond)

 

8:00am                        Drive to Tennessee State House for Apostille and Sec of State sign-off on TBI docs.

            10:30am (CST)           Get signoffs

            12:00pm (CST)           Head for Richmond (arrive 10:00pm or so)

 

Wednesday, November 7th:             (Richmond, Middletown)

 

            8:00am             Get my birth certificate Apostille and signed off by Sec of State.

            1:00pm            Head for Middletown (arrive around 6:00pm or so)

Thursday November 8th^:      (Middletown, Trenton, Washington, D.C.)

 

8:00am            Get Carolyn's birth certificate Apostille and signed off by Sec. of State.

            1:00pm            Drive to Washington, D.C.  (arrive around 4:00pm or so)

 

Friday November 9th:          (Washington, D.C. , Fort Lauderdale, FL)

 

8:00am            Get ALL DOCUMENTS Authenticated at the Authentications Office in D.C.

2:00pm            Get ALL DOCUMENTS Authenticated by the Nicaraguan Embassy

 

            3:00pm            Drive to Fort Lauderdale, (arrive around 9:00am on Saturday)

 

Saturday November 10th:    Depart for Nicaragua
