Hi Folks,

 

     Carolyn and I have returned to the United States for a brief period in order to bring the PA23-250 (Aztec Airplane) back to Nicaragua.  We are VERY excited about this "next step" in our ministries progess!

 

     We have been told by Senor Umberto Campbell and assured by his secretary Ramon Canales that the money for the gasoline to fly the airplane to Puerto Cabezas is "coming".  Praise God for that!

 

     While we have been in the United States for the last four days, we managed to get a copy of Carolyn's birth certificate translated into Spanish and authenticated by the Secretary of State's office (Condoleezza Rice). 

 

     We have two more things to take care of before we depart the States and expect to easily have them completed by the end of this week.  That gives the "powers that be" in Nicaragua ample time to complete the process of depositing the money into our account down in Puerto Cabezas.

 

     Please pray with us that this process will happen speedily!
